RULES
1. The WWPS display panels hold six 16x20 framed images each month. Therefore, there will be 18 frame spaces available each quarter.

2. Each member may sign up for one frame each quarter. Signup will be done in person only, at the regular monthly meeting once each 3 months. If not enough people at the meeting sign up to fill all the frames for the quarter, then members at the meeting will be offered additional frames in that quarter until all frames are filled.

3. Members must use WWPS-provided, 16x20 black frames to display their photographs. The WWPS frames will be standardized and have the proper mounting hardware to fit the display.

4. Photographs will be changed at the regular monthly WWPS meeting. The frames will be brought from the theater to the meeting, the old photos taken out, and the next month's photos inserted into the frames. Members are responsible for picking up their photos coming back from Carmike at the meeting they are returned. WWPS will not be responsible for caring for them if they are not picked up then.

5. Members must bring their photograph ready to drop into the frames at the meeting. The photograph may be of any size, but if smaller than 16x20, must be matted to fit the frame. WWPS will have standard white mats to fit 8X10 and 11X14 photographs and mounting board available at the meeting place for member's use. The frames will not have glass on them. Images can be either portrait or landscape orientation.

6. Photographs must be ready for framing at the start of the monthly meeting. Members whose photographs are not ready for framing at that time will lose their space on the display that month. The frames will be taken from the meeting at the end of the meeting. We will not wait on members to finish mounting or matting their images after the meeting.

7. Members may have their images professionally mounted and matted or do it themselves. Mats may be in any color. Members may use the WWPS equipment and materials to prepare their photographs for framing by coordinating with the WWPS President to get into the meeting place before the meeting. It is each member's responsibility to arrange for help if needed.

8. WWPS will prepare a standardized title card to go with each framed image stating the title, the maker's name, and contact information such as phone or website if desired.

9. Deviations from the above procedures must be approved by the Display Committee (contact the WWPS president). The Display Committee reserves the right to rule on the suitability of an image to be displayed ( for content, professional appearance, etc), and deny the displaying of the image if necessary.

10. Note: The WWPS display is at the invitation of the Carmike Theater Manager. He considers a professional and tasteful display of paramount importance and reserves the right to terminate our display at any time. The display panels are owned and managed by Clem and Fran Wehner of Fran Wehner Fine Art Images, and they reserve the right to arrange the display and place the images on the display as needed to assure a professional presentation.
